There is no need to commit to a particular practice schedule. Join us when you can. Shannon or Chris will be available to coach during MOST of these times. If you want to be sure they'll be there, call or text Shannon the day before. If you're unsure of who we are and we don't notice you right away, ask the lifeguard to introduce you.

Practice Schedule
Monday/Wednesday 5:00 am to 7:00 am Beginner practice and technique (all levels)
Monday/Wednesday 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm Cardio Focus
Tuesday/Thursday 5:00 am to 6:30 am or 6:30 am to 7:45 am Cardio focus with dryland/strength training
Saturday 7:00 am to 8:45 am Cardio, technique, and a bit of play. Breakfast afterwards!
Sunday 9:00 am to 11:00 am Beginner practice and technique (all levels). Open water in summer (see notes)


Please try to get to the Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday workouts ON TIME! It can be difficult to integrate late arrivals into the workout once we've started. Monday, Wednesday, and Sundays aren't organized workouts, so drop in any time!

Next spring, when the lakes warm and the Y is closed Sundays, we will start open water practices Sundays at Lake Padden or Lake Samish. Contact Shannon or watch your email for details.
